As night falls, a small-town neighbourhood lights up. It’s winter and no one bothers to turn off lights, turn down the heat, or limit the use of household appliances. Christmas decorations brighten the neighbourhood.
In a short introductory film in a museum-type interactive module, members of a caricaturized family over-consume energy as they go about various rooms of a suburban bungalow. Players must then choose which behaviours will help reduce the energy consumption of an average family.
